Man Gets iPhone Stolen While Walking Down Street

How often do you walk down the street listening to music on your iPhone? Well, one man was doing just that and he had his iPhone stolen right from under him.

Cambridge, Massachusetts, a man from Somerville was walking down Irving Street when he was struck on the back of the head twice, as reported by Cambridge’s own Wicked Local.

After being struck twice, the man turned around and realized that a young assailant, possibly in his late teens or early twenties, with a stocky build and a beard, was aiming to grab his iPhone. The assailant beat on the victim a few more times and then snatched the iPhone and the ear-buds, running away with the victim’s music and his mobile handset.

Police have yet to apprehend the suspect, so it’s likely that he may strike again if you’re in the Somerville area.
